After nearly 10 years in her role with SCOPE and Global WaCH, SCOPE Managing Director Kate Rankin will be moving to a new position with UW Medicine as the Division Administrator for Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics.

Kate began working with SCOPE as a fellow in 2014 and later served as the managing Director. In her current role, Kate oversees SCOPE programs, including the SCOPE Fellowships, research projects, and operations.  

Kate has been a fundamental part of SCOPE’s growth and success, starting with her fellowship and continuing as she forged critical relationships and managed complex projects with her trademark calm and finesse. 

We are grateful for the years she has worked with us, sharing her talent and expertise.  We know she will bring that same enthusiasm and skill to her new role.  Please join us in thanking Kate for her commitment to SCOPE and our mission!
