Alemayehu Shimeka

Alemayehu Shimeka was the 2nd Ethiopian SCOPE fellow. He is a registered nurse and received his MPH from the University of Gondar where he is now a lecturer. He worked with U.S.A. SCOPE UW fellow Sarah Rawlins on the report, “Areas for Integration between Faith and Medicine: A Report on HIV/AIDS Services in Gondar, Ethiopia”. He was also an invaluable asset in carrying out the November 2010 VCT campaign.
